We want you to love your Vownd activewear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
Returns Process (Unwanted Items)
To cancel your order and request a return:

Email us at support@vownd.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will reply with the return address and instructions.

You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund.
Refunds

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s), including the standard shipping fee you paid for the original delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our agreement to the refund. We will notify you by email once this is complete.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We are truly sorry if this happens. Please contact us at support@vownd.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the fault. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
