TERMS AND CONIDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Vownd ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer, through our website www.vownd.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Placing an Order
2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us for the sale of a product will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days options are unregulated credit agreements. All Klarna options are available only to UK residents over 18 and are subject to status.
3.3. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Delivery and Risk
4.1. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you take physical possession of them.

5. Returns and Refunds
Your right to cancel and return items is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
6.2. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
